Raffle Rules and Conditions Cash 4 The Holidays is an online 50/50 with ticket sales on November 1, 2024 starting at 12:00AM
until November 8, 2024 at 11:59 PM. CST. Electronic draw takes place at 12:00PM (noon) November 12, 2024. The winner of the 50/50 will win 50% of ticket sales up to $1,000,000, but the total prize is based on the number of tickets sold. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older residents of Manitoba. Raffle tickets are non-refundable. Raffle tickets are not eligible for tax receipts. If more than one name is on the winning ticket stub, the prize will be awarded to the name of the individual that is listed first. The licensee, Funding Change  are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise from the different individuals. Raffle Administrators are ineligible to purchase tickets of the 50/50, Staff of Funding Change and their immediate family members are prohibited from purchasing tickets and are ineligible to win prizes. Prizes must be claimed at the Kidney Foundation office, Unit 209 – 2211 McPhillips Street, Winnipeg
MB R2V 3M5 within 30 days of the draw. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of the draw, a redraw will be performed. Winners must provide first name, last name and mailing address upon claiming prize. Photo identification is required to claim prize. The redrawn winner will be notified by The Kidney Foundation Manitoba Branch. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of receiving notification of holding the winning ticket. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification or the winner cannot be reached in 30 days, The Kidney Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Branch will retain all proceeds. The prize payment will be in the form of a cheque. Prize will be mailed to confirmed winners within 30 days of the draw. Winning ticket number and winner’s name will be posted online at the raffle website following the draw. The name of the winner will also be published on our social media platforms and E-Newsletter.
